What counts as an "op"?: One op = one smart-column execution against one row. An AI column processing 100 rows = 100 ops. An HTTP column making 100 calls = 100 ops. Static columns, formula columns, and extract columns are FREE — they don't consume ops.
What happens when I exceed my plan limit?: Smart columns pause. The table keeps working — static data, formulas, and extracts continue. You can upgrade or wait for the monthly reset. We never charge overage fees without your approval.
Can I use my own AI provider keys?: Yes. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any compatible provider key. We pass-through with zero markup. AI calls made through your own keys still count as ops, but you pay the provider directly.
Is there a free trial of paid tiers?: No trial — instead, the Free tier never expires. You can use Hypertab indefinitely on Free with 5K ops/month. When you need more, upgrade in one click.
Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?: Yes. No annual lock-in unless you choose annual billing for the discount. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
